With many national retailers declaring that it is perfectly normal to start Christmas shopping in October, when should Xmas campaigns start when marketing new build properties?
With Christmas decorations on the shelves along with the remains of Halloween, many developers are now finding that early seasonal campaigns are being positively received.
Since an image says more than a thousand words we opted for a highly visual approach with our “All Wrapped Up For Christmas” campaigns, which depict new-build homes as Christmas gifts. After all, a new home is perhaps the ultimate Christmas gift? For those unable to move before Christmas the campaigns were still able to focus attention onto Spring stock.
The messages included a clear call to action which were boldly published in local papers, on the property portals and on social media channels.
The campaign resulted in excellent visitor and viewing numbers and two very strong sales months.
