The LSL Land & New Homes team has many years of developer led experience, this combined with our expert local knowledge, permits us to identify opportunities and, when required, assist our client in formulating a feasibility valuation leading to submitting an offer. If necessary, we can also approach a land owner on behalf of a client to conduct the negotiations to buy the land.

We can tailor the package to the precise needs of the client, by using our experience and skills, and a number of techniques to generate sites that meet the search criteria. So, whatever the brief, we are confident that we can deliver the required results.

No Agency Fees

It is important to remember, that many sites never reach the open market or are widely advertised as being available. As a land-owner, you could benefit from having no agency fees to pay in the event of an off market sale, especially, by using LSL Land & New Homes, who would be retained by the purchaser.
