Some of the roles available within the teams include:
Business Development Managers – A successful candidate will have the ability to grow and development existing client relationships with the new homes business, as well as the ability to win new business for the company and aid the growth of our new homes division. The role will suit individuals who are target-driven, self-motivated and who have experience in managing their own sales teams.
Sale Managers – This particular property job provides the point of contact between the estate agency branch and our new homes developers. A key part of this role is growing and developing the team’s relationship with the estate agency network and helping them market our new build properties to their best potential.
Site Sales Advisors – This role is ideally suited for those who are self-organised and who have the drive and ability to work independently. Site Sales Advisors work closely with potential buyers who visit our new build developments, and their role is to convert viewings to property reservations.
Land Managers – Individuals suited for this property job within the Land & New Homes team must be able to source and identify land opportunities. Successful applicants will have a strong all round knowledge of planning legislation and the ability to professionally negotiate land acquisitions.
