Formed in March 2020, The SO Hub specialises in the marketing and sale of New Build Shared Ownership properties. Last year, this element of our business grew considerably, building on our proven track record within The PX Hub. We enhanced our Shared Ownership new build house sales to create an offering to a growing sector with bespoke digital sales and marketing plans delivered by the centralised teams, including portal advertising, virtual tours, 2D/3D floorplans, brochures and social media campaigns.
Our dedicated team oversee the whole process from off plan sales to completion, with properties mainly marketed via portals as well as partnerships with local estates agents.
